These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products offered by Okon Institute Global (“OIG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our websites and third-party platforms (including Payhip).
By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

We offer lectures, workshops, and online courses in digital format. These may include downloadable or streamable content hosted through third-party platforms (e.g., Payhip, Vimeo).
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Payments are processed securely via Payhip using Stripe or PayPal. Your payment data is handled directly by these providers.
After purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital product through a direct link or email confirmation. Access may be granted via a third-party platform under our control.
By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you expressly agree that:
“I lose my right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.”
This complies with EU consumer protection regulations (Art. 16 lit. m Directive 2011/83/EU).
All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior written permission. Access is granted for individual, non-commercial use only.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, we do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during checkout
Not share access with third parties
Use the product for your own educational purposes only
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes shall be handled by the appropriate courts in the seller’s jurisdiction.
